WHAT I EAT IN A DAY + RECIPES

If you're interested in what I typically eat on a day to day basis whilst losing weight keep reading!
Since I started my weight loss journey my eating habits have changed dramatically. I can no longer eat a monstrous amount like I used too. I thought I would share what recipes I typically have from day to day.  They might seem really boring but they still have flavour and taste nice. Plus, they are super easy to whip up in 15 minutes.
These are the meals I have been eating to help me lose weight and they aren't big portions like they used to be. They aren't tiny either! Ha-ha Just normal.
I have one out of each section and alternate them day by day.

Sometimes if I want a snack it will probably be one of those below.
Fat free yoghurt
Fruit
Babybell

So as you can tell, I like to make quick and easy food that doesn't take more than 20 minutes to cook.
I also love banging everything together in a pan.   I used to eat a lot of pasta and never thought I could get rid of it out of my diet but honestly, it's not that hard to do. If you like pasta, get the red lentil pasta from Tesco. It's expensive but much better for you.  Sometimes I will put some red lentil pasta in my chicken salad.

Remember though, this is what I east most of the week, once a week I might just have a pizza or something and then nothing else.

Hope that's helped some of you with some quick easy recipes!
