THE EGG FAST




Wtf is an Egg Fast you ask?!

Well my friends, it's when ALL you can eat for 3-5 days is egg and a tea spoon of fat for each egg.

You have to have a minimum of 6 eggs a day. You can cook them however you like, fried, boiled, poached, scrambled, whatever! For your fat content you have to put 1 Tbsp  of healthy fat for each egg.

The results should be good by the end of the 5 days. If I last that long, I might just do 3! Who knows!

I've passed day 1 so far with flying colours! haha. I love egg, but by the end of this fast I think I'm never going to want one again for a long time.

I am going to check back in and tell you all the results in 4 days and hopefully have some egg recipes to share.
