THE EGG FAST // DAY 5 UPDATE

It's the morning of day 5 and I AM DONE.
Technically I should be finishing this day but honestly I want to stop. I feel like it's enough.
I'll tell you why.
Not because I am craving other foods because actually, since I have been eating just eggs I haven't had cravings for any other food. Seriously. It's quite amazing actually. so I am a bit scared of stopping because of that! haha
My energy levels are low and I have had a twitchy eye for the past few days which only happens when I am tired and have low energy. I have been getting plenty of sleep so it can't be that.
I feel like I have accomplished a lot though and it's not just about the weight, actually it's more of the fact that I have realised I can do some challenging stuff if I put my mind to it. A month ago I would never have thought I could do something like this. And now, I was determined to do this and yes I haven't done day 5 but it's anything from 3 to 5 days anyway so I'm happy.
This was more of an experiment for my mind and also because I wanted to take the carbs out of my diet for a few days.
If I felt full of energy I would carry on today but I don't and I am not liking the feeling of having low energy so I know that I should stop.
THE RESULTS?
I've lost 4 lbs in 4 days.
So total loss so far in my journey: 23lbs.
CONCLUSION
If you want to try to egg fast then do it! I think it's a great way to kick start some weight loss if you have stayed the same for a while and also a good safe challenge. ;-)
I think I would do it again for sure but not for a while.
Maximum 5 days guys!!
