IT'S DAY 3!! 
I thought I would update you all on how this egg fast has been going for me as a lot of you have messaged me and asked some questions about it.  
How I am Feeling 
I'm actually fine.  I'm surprised at how much I'm not hating eggs at the moment but that all might change by the end of it haha 
That being said, I did my usual weight lifting regime yesterday and I didn't feel as energetic and strong. But I don't know if that was because I just wasn't feeling it? It was at like 7:40pm which isn't the best time for my energy levels because I get tired in the evening really quickly. Although on Monday I smashed it... sooo I don't know.  

But keep in mind your energy levels might go up or down. 
On day 1 and 2 I actually felt a bit bloated which I think my body was just trying to get used to it. Today I'm not bloated I feel fine. 

How I Eat My Eggs 
To be honest with you, I have them in a really boring way. I don't have any really cool recipes that I have seen online nor can I be bothered to do them. You can do some nice 'Egg crepes with cinnamon' which actually look really nice but you need cream cheese with them and I am too lazy to go to the shop! Haha 

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs 
Lunch: 3 eggs fried with 1 slice of cheddar cheese 
Dinner: The same as lunch but 2 eggs instead. 

I don't think I am having as much fat as I should be with the eggs but it seems to be working for me.  
I make it look a lot more boring than it actually is. I just can't be bothered to be fancy with my eggs as I don't mind them with a slice of cheese on top! 

The minimum eggs in a day is 6 but I have 7. I just think it's enough for me and I don't need any more but you can do as many as you feel you need. 

I haven't pooed since day 1 but I honestly feel like nothing is in me to come out it's weird. I don't feel constipated I just feel like there is nothing there!  

I am 3lbs down in 3 days.
